This role is part business development, part relationship manager, and part lead concierge for high net worth clientele. This person will be responsible for setting and maintaining THE “best in class” service levels that the company’s most high-touch lifestyle management division will provide. The Director of Membership must be able to create unique experiences to enhance clients’ lives, be a creative driver for ultra-luxurious worldwide destination content based on travel trends and provide high-touch, timely service to membership-based customers. Candidate should be an inspiring mentor able to build a strong team of high-level Lifestyle Managers. Strong geographical knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential. GDS experience is a plus.
