- 3+ years experience in sales, account management or customer service related role
- Travel Industry experience
- Proven account and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability for critical thinking, data analyzation and creative problem solving
- Flexibility, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding organization and time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Some travel required
